At myCIRCLEOFTRUST our role is simple: we connect good people with great ideas to experienced private investors. We are not financial advisers, investment managers, or brokers, and we do not provide regulated investment advice. We never handle or hold investor money.

What we do is introduce founders we believe to be credible, resilient and backable, to our known network of high net worth individuals (“Angels”). Any decision to invest is made solely between the Angel and the Founder. All terms are agreed directly between those parties, and all investment funds are paid directly from the Angel into the Founder’s registered business entity. This is essential for SEIS/EIS qualification, which requires investment to flow directly from the private investor into the company.

For full transparency: myCIRCLEOFTRUST is paid only by the Founder. Our revenue model is an upfront onboarding fee (which buys our time in preparing and positioning the opportunity), plus a success fee based on funds successfully secured. Angels are never charged a fee.

We strongly recommend that all parties seek their own independent financial, legal and tax advice before making or accepting any investment.
